My review is solely for the service. Gabby was super sweet and accommodating to my requests while maintaining a positive attitude and smile on her face. Thank you so much Gabby! I haven't even tried the sub yet (i got the italian) but service alone was 5 stars!
I ordered the New York Steamer. This sandwich has USDA Choice corned beef and pastrami, provolone, mayo, deli mustard and Italian dressing. I had the 12 inch sandwich with white bread. This sub eas one of the best subs I've ever had. They don't have Pepsi but I am not going to hold it against them because they do have a freestyle drink machine that has a wide selection including grape Hi C. Washroom I used was clean and had paper towels available... good on them. I do have one bone to pick. Personal appearance of one of the employees. I saw a guy who wore Levi's Blue Jeans working at this establishment wearing his shirt untucked. I consider that to be an unprofessional look. So I am deducting one point for the untucked shirt. If I was to assign a letter grade like is done in school this place would get a B+.
Delicious and healthy sandwiches at Firehiuse Subs. I love all the meats in the Firehouse Hero and kid's meatball sandwiches. Staff were nice and friendly. Ambiance is casual and fast-food like with TV showing the USA Basketball Gold Medal Game. Great place for a healthy meal!
Excellent subs. I do feel they are a bit pricey, so we mostly come when they run specials or coupons. Every sub we have had has been amazingly delicious. Staff are very friendly.
